Combine wine and cheese in a sauce pan, warm over low heat until smooth. Whisk in flour and spices. Add garlic to combination. Place in fondue pot, with burner underneath to retain warmth.

Sticks of Focaccia bread
Mini rice cakes
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrot Sticks
Snap Peas
