     Baked French Toast

Ingredients
6 large eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
12 slices of sourdough
 

Instructions
Preheat oven 375° Whisk eggs and whipping cream until fluffy. Combine remaining ingredients. Soak bread in mixture for 15 minutes.
Place dipped bread on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes each side.
