Ingredients

	2 c. crumbled corn bread
	1-10 oz can mild enchilada sauce
	1/2 tsp salt
	1 1/2 lbs. gr. beef
	1-8oz. can tomato sauce
	1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese


Instructions


Preheat oven 350 degrees


Comb. corn bread, 1/2 c. sauce and salt. Add grn beef mix well


Shape into 1" balls place in shallow baking pan bake uncov. 18-20 min


In sm. sauce pan heat remain ench. sauce & tom sauce. Place meatballs in chafing dish or fondue pot. Pour sauce over. Sprinkle with Mont. cheese.


Serving Suggestions

Serve with toothpicks
