     Griller Salmon

Ingredients
2 squeeses of the honey bear
1/4 cup or so of Teriyaki
2 crushed garlic cloves
freshly ground black pepper
orange zest and juice of med orange
olive oil
1-2 lbs of salmon
ceder grilling planks ( pampered chef ones are the best)
 

Instructions
Soak the planks. mix together honey, teriyaki garlic black pepper and orange zest and juice. Let salmon sit in mixture flesh side down for about 5 min while grill is heating.
put a small about of olive oil on the fish skin and lay on planks on a med grill. baste the fish with sauce every 5-10 min during cooking let cook 10-20 min depending on thickness of fish. I like mine cooked medium (still a little raw in the middle)
When finished cooking slide fish off of skin with spatula and cut into serving sizes.
I like to take the left over salmon and grind it up and mix with cream cheese and use a spread or dip.
