Mix onion, egg, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, ground pepper, and salt in extra large mixing
bowl. Puree giblets in food processor until they resemble a thick paste. Add to egg, onion
and spice mixture. Mix well. Add bread cubes to mixture 1/3 at a time. Mix well after each
addition. Mix in ground pork small pieces at a time until completely mixed in. Stuff mixture
into neck end of Turkey. Use string and truss to keep stuffing from falling out while cooking.
Do not stuff body cavity.
