Ingredients
3 to 4 pound roast beef or round steak
salt and pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 cup water
½ cup catsup
2 teaspoon dijon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup red wine (optional)
 
5 peeled and chopped potatoes
1 can corn
1 can peas
1 cup chopped carrots

Instructions
Place meat in slow cooking pot. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours
Sauce can be thickened with 2 tablespoons flour dissolved in ¼ cup of water.
