     Hollandaise Sauce (Microwave)

Ingredients
1/3 c butter
1/4 c milk
1-2 T lemon juice
2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
 

Instructions
Melt butter in glass mixing bowl 45-60 seconds in microwave.
Stir in milk, lemon juice, egg yolks, salt, and dry mustard. Beat with wire whisk until well blended.
Cook 1 1/2 to 2 minutes at power level 6 until thickened, stirring at half time. Do not overcook!
Serving Suggestions
Serve over poached eggs and ham on English muffin.
