Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened orange juice or any other fruit juice you wish
1 banana chopped
1 cup chopped or crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp wheat germ (optional)
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the blender and process for 30 seconds until fruit is pureed. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
Once you have the procedure down pat, vary the fruits to suit yourself. Try fresh peaches, canned applesauce, apricots, cherries, fresh berries that are in season.
