Slice tortillas into thin strips. Fry in oil to
crisp. Set aside.
In large pot saute onion for 5 minutes,add garlic,
chili pwdr,cumin,oregano & bay leaf.Saute 1 min.
Add chicken stock,water,tomato sauce,tomatoes,salt
sugar & pepper. Bring to a boil, add chicken. Cover and cook until tender.
