On medium grate, grate potato. Drain well,pat dry
with dish towel.Combine w/rest of ingredients.
In heavy skillet heat oil 1/8 in - deep drop 2 Tbls pot mix into hot fat - flatten. Top with
some sour cream or applesauce.
