1/2 stick butter

juice of 2 lemons

@ 1/4-1/2 cup white wine

1 can chicken broth

salt & pepper

1 box Linguini

Instructions |
|
|
melt butter in skillet on medium heat, add shallots and garlic. Saute' until tender.

lemon juice, wine, chicken broth, salt & pepper to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Serve with Shrimp mixture.
