     Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
2 to 3 boxes French Green Beans Frozen
1 cup sour cream
1/2 lb. Swiss or Muenster cheese
4 Tbls. melted butter
Small Onion Grated
2 Cups Crushed Corn Flakes
Salt, Pepper and 3 Tbls flour
 

Instructions
On 2 tbls butter stir in 3 Tbls flour. Add sour cream stir until hot and bubbly. In casserole - put drained cooked beans - add sour cream mixture. Add onion & mix together. Top with cheese & cornn flakes. Pour 2 Tbls butter over top. Bake 20-25 min at 350 degrees.
