     Splenda Apple Pie

Ingredients
9" double pie crust
7 cups thin sliced, cored, peeled baking apples (7 medium)
1 cup Splenda
3 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Set one crust in pie pan. Place sliced apples in a bowl. Combine Splenda, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, & salt. Sprinkle over apples and toss.
Spoon apple mixture into crust and cut second crust into lattice strips (or whole crust) oer filling. Seal edges, trim and flute.
Bake at 425 about 40-5- minutes.
