     Pumpkin Pound Cake

Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
dash nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
 
icing:
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
Mix all cake ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Bake in greased tube pan (bundt cake pan) 1 hour at 325.
For icing, blend softened cream cheese and butter, add vanilla, powdered sugar and blend until smooth. Nuts may be added.
Another icing option: Mix powdered sugar with milk or orange juice until slightly runny. You can flavor it with extracts like vanilla or orange and add cinnamon. Drizzle over cake.
