DEFROST SPINACH IN THE MICORWAVE AND COOK COUNTRY HAM ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
ONCE THE SPINACH HAS THAWED PAT WITH PAPER TOWELS TO REMOVE EXCESS LIQUID.
ADD MOZZARELLA AND PEPPER TO SPINACH AND HAM.
ADD EGGS, MIX WELL.
UNFOLD PASTRY SHEETS ON WAX PAPER AND SPREAD 1/2 OF THE SPINACH MIXTURE ON EACH SHEET.
ROLL THEM UP AND PLACE IN FREEZER FOR 30-45 MINUTES, TO MAKE CUTING EASIER.
SLIC THE ROLLS INTO 1/2 INCH THICK SLICES.
BAKE @ 400 FOR 20 MIUNTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
***IF YOU ARE BAKING SOMETHING ELSE AT THE SAME TIME BAKE @ 350 FOR 25 MINUTES.
