BAKE @ 325 FOR 1 1/2 HOURS.
DO NOT COVER CAKE UNTIL COOL
WHILE THE CAKE IS COOLING MAKE GLAZE AND SPOON ONTO CAKE.

VANILLA GLAZE
2 CUPS SIFTED POWDERED SUGAR
1 TABLESPOON BUTTER, SOFTENED
1 TEASPOON VANILLA, ALMOND, OR RUM EXTRACT (BOB USES ALMOND)
2 TO 3 TABLESPOONS MILK
IN MEDIUM BOWL, MIX SUGAR AND BUTTER, ADD EXTRACT. GRADUALLY ADD MILK UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY; MIX UNTIL SMOOTH. FOR THINNER CONSISTENCY, ADD ADDTIONAL MILK.
