     Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
18 Jalapeños, cut lengthwise and deseeded
(tip: use rubber gloves when deseeding and be careful not to touch your eyes)
Mix together for filling:
1 clove garlic, minced
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
¼ c. mayonnaise
½ t. dried oregano
 
Mix together for dip:
2 egg whites
1 T. milk
2 c. Cornflakes, crushed

Instructions
Cut Jalapeños lengthwise and fill with filling mixture. Dip into egg white mixture and then roll in crushed cornflakes.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until they are tender.
