     Turkey Monte Cristos

Ingredients
One 1lb Loaf of Panettone Bread (in bakery) - trimmed & cut into 6 slices
3 T Grainy Mustard
8 oz Brie Cheese - Thinly Sliced
1/2 lb Sliced Turkey
3 Large Eggs
3/4 c Milk
3 T Butter
 

Instructions
Lay the bread on a work surface; spread the mustard on top. Divide the brie and turkey among 3 bread slices; place the remaining 3 bread slices on top.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. In a large nonstick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Dip each sandwichinto the egg mixture, coating both sides, and place in the pan. Cook until golden, about 4 minutes. Flip, add the remaining tablespoon butter and cook until golden, about 3 minutes more.
