     Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients
3 salmon steaks (about 6 oz. each)
1 1/4 C. soy sauce
1/3 C. sherry
6 Tbsp. sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. ginger root, minced (can sub dried ginger)
1/3 C. vegetable oil
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves. Place salmon in marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours turning the fish occasionally. Grill salmon 3-4 minutes per side
Serving Suggestions
White rice and sauted spinach salad
