Ingredients
4 - 6 lbs Roast Beef
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 c Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 tsp Basil
2 Envelopes Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 Can Franco Mushroom Gravy - Beef Gravy ok as Substitute
One 16 oz Jar Pepperoncicni Peppers and Juice
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and pour over roast in crock pot. Cook overnight. Serve with Mozzarella cheese.
Tip: Take the roast and chop into small pieces. Replace back into the crock pot for the last 2 hours.
