Bread - Mix warm water, yeast, sugar, salt and olive oil together to dissolve yeast in mixer bowl
Add flour and mix about 5 minutes or until dough is of a smooth consistency.
Remove from mixer and divide into 4 portions. Brush with oil to retain moisture.
Shape each one in long shaped piece.
Place them on a cookie sheet and refrigerate until needed to be shaped for foccacia.
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Roll dough out to fit 6 x 8 inch baking pan and place in pan.
Drizzle Herb Marinade over top of dough.
Sprinkle with focaccia
Allow to rise 3/4 "
Place in preheated oven until golden in color (about 25 minutes). Allow to cool
Herb Marinade -
Place 1/2 cup of the olive oil and all of the garlic in the food processor and blend well.
Add remaining 1/2 cup of olive oil, basil and oregano, mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
