Preheat over to 400. Place butter in glass pie pans or glass baking dishes and let melt in oven. In mixing bowl use a wire wisk or rotary beater to beat eggs till combined (also can use blender). Add flour, milk and salt. Beat till mixture is smooth. Immediately pour into hot baking dishes. Bake about 25 minutes or till puffed and well browned. Top with fruit and powdered sugar and whipped cream if desired
