     Condensed Soup Substitute

Ingredients
Dry Mix:
2 c. dry nonfat milk
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. dry boullion - chicken, beef, etc.
any dry seasonings - onions, mushrooms, chopped celery, etc.
To Make add:
1/3 dry mix and 1 1/4 c. water
 

Instructions
Cook the combined mix till it thickens or just add dry ingredients to the other ingredients in your cassarole. Saves money and keeps out extra fat and sodium.
