6 small red potatoes, halved

3 to 3½ lb. boneless beef bottom round roast or chuck pot roast

Instructions |

|
Stir soup, onion soup mix, potatoes and carrots in slow cooker. Add beef and turn to coat.

Cover and cook on LOW 8-9 hours or until beef is fork-tender.
