     Beef Stir-Fry with Asparagus

Ingredients
1 lb flank steak
1/4 cup Asian sesame dressing
2 tsp minced garlic
2 1/2 cups asparagus
1/4 cup Asian dressing
Sesame seeds, if desired
 

Instructions
Cut 1 lb flank steak lebgthwise in half, then crosswise into strips.
Toss beef with 1/4 cup asian sesame dressing and 2 tsp minced garlic in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate while you prepare the asparagus.
In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, saute 2 1/2 cups asparagus (cut into 2 inch pieces) with 1/4 cup asian dressing for about 5 minutes. Remove asparagus from skillet.
Transfer beef from marinade to skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until surface is no longer pink. Return asparagus to skillet and heat through. Top with sesame seeds, if you like,a nd serve with rice.
