1 1/2 C crumbled feta cheese (7 oz pkg)

1/4 to 1/2 C finely chopped onion

1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil

1 tsp dried whole oregano

dash red wine vinegar

6 med. tomatoes, sliced or wedges
|
|
Lettuce (Romaine, Bibb, etc) cut up
|

Instructions |

|
Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour over tomatoes, toss gently
|

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Spoon onto lettuce to serve.
