     Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
One 32 oz Package Frozen Hash Browns - Thawed
3/4 c Melted Margarine
8 oz Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Small Jar Jalapeno Cheez-Whiz
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 c Ritz Crackers - Crushed
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. In dish, combine hash browns and 1/2 cup melted margarine.
In a separate bowl, combine soup, sour cream, Cheez-Whiz, salt and pepper. Stir and add to potatoes.
Add melted margarine to the crushed Ritz crackers. Spread evenly over potato mixture. Bake for 45 minutes.
