Toast oats on cookie sheet at 325 till golden brown. 10-12 min, cool.Wisk next 4 ingrediants
Use elect mixer to cream butter & peanut butter
till light. Beat in brn sugar, add white sugar &
beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs 1 at a
time, add vanilla. Fold in flour, gently fold in peanuts. Drop batter on a greased cookie sheet 3"
apart. Bake 10 -12 min till they begin to brown.
Cool in pan for 5 min.
