     Dill Pickles

Ingredients
1 bunch dill weed
4 tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons Pickling Spices
1 cup white vinegar
6-8 cloves fresh garlic
Cucumbers - enough to fill jar
 

Instructions
Wash and cut tips off ends of cucumbers. Cut in half and then in fourths, making 8 pickes.
Put dill, salt, pickling spice, vinegar, and garlic in bottom of jar. Add cucumbers.
Then add cold water to fill jar. Turn jar up and down to mix spices.
Put in refrigerator. Let set at least one week before eating.
