     Wacky Cake - Vegan

Ingredients
3 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup oil
2 cups water
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons vinegar
 
Instructions
Mix all of the dry ingredients together and all of the wet ingredients together separately.
Combine wet in with the dry ingredients until smooth consistency.
Bake in a 13"x9" pan at 350 F for 35 minutes.
