Dice ham into small pieces. Preheat frying pan to a medium temperature. Coat pan with olive oil and add ham, peppers, onion, and mushrooms. Saute until brown. Toast wheat toast to preference.
In medium bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Pour the blended mix into the frying pan and stir the mix vigorously in the pan to avoid burning.
When the eggs are beginning to become solid, mix in the cheese. Cover the frying pan and turn off the heat. Wait 2 minutes to let the cheese melt.
