     Cranberry Cream

Ingredients
1 lb cranberries
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 lb tokay or emperor grapes, seeded and halved
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 pint heavy cream
1 egg white
 

Instructions
Grind cranberries and mix with sugar. Put in strainer and refrigerate overnight. Discard juice. Mix with grapes and walnuts. Whip cream and egg white. Fold into cranberry-grape mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
