     Gaspacho Mexicali

Ingredients
1 cup chopped tomato fresh or can
1 cup fine chopped green pepper
1 cup fine chopped celery
1/2 cup fine sliced cucumber
1/3 cup fine chopped onion
1 Tsp fine chopped parsley
1-2 tsp cilantro
1 clove garlic minced
2 1/2 Tbls red wine vinegar
 
2 Tbls Olive Oil
1 tsp Worcesterchire
4 cups V-8 juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cracked pepper

Instructions
Mix all together and chill thoroghly.
