     Butternut Squash Pie

Ingredients
2 ready made pie shells
2 Butternut squash, boiled and peeled
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup vanilla tofutti (vanilla pudding mix can be substutited)
6 eggs
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients well, ideally with an immersion blender. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
