Heat oven to 375º. Cream margarine and sugar. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Fill cookie press with 1/4 of the dough at a time; form desired shapes on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 6 minutes or until set but not brown.
Christmas Decorating Variations: Divide dough and ad red or green food coloring. Before baking, top cookies with colored sugars, currants, raisins, candies, nutmeats, slices of candied fruits or finely chopped nuts.
