     Mexican Style Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
One (15 1/2 oz) Jar Salsa Con Queso
1/2 c Butter
One (8 oz) Container Sour Cream
2 T Onion - Minced
One (2 lb) Bag Frozen Hash Browns
2 c Shredded Mexican Cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl combine melted butter, onion, sour cream and salsa con queso; stir until well blended. Stir in hash brown potatoes until mixture is blended.
Place mixture into a glass oven-proof 13" by 9" rectangular pan. Bake for 1 hour.
Prior to removing from oven, melt shredded Mexican cheese over the potato dish.
Serving Suggestions
This dish is easy to divide for smaller portion.
