     Shrimp and Crab Appetizers

Ingredients
1 lb. cooked and peeled shrimp
1- 6 oz. can crabmeat drained
1-5.2oz package Boursin cheese
4 T. mayo
1/2 T. salt
1 tsp minced garlic
1 stick butter -- melted
1 T. fresh lemon juice
8 English muffins split and cut in quart
 
Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix all ingred. except muffins. Spread muffins with mixture
Place in freezer for ten minutes to set.
Remove and bake for 10-15 min.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot, garnish with parsley
