     Salmon Pate

Ingredients
1 16oz can red salmon
1 8oz pkg cream cheese (use regular - 'lite' stuff won't set)
1 tsp leomon juice
2 tsp scallions chopped
1 tsp horseradish
Dash of salt & pepper
1/2 cup chopped pecans
4 tsp finely chopped scallion tops
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except pecans and onion tops.
Chill mixture overnight.
Shape into ball or log and roll in mixture of pecans and scallion tops
Chill to set.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with favorite crackers.
