     Carrot-Spice Bread

Ingredients
2c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. b. sugar
2 tsp. b. soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinn
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 (7 1/2 oz) jars junior
baby food carrots
 
1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. raisins

Instructions
preheat oven 375 degrees
Comb. flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinn., and nutmeg in mix. bowl. Blend well. Add carrots, oil and beaten eggs. mix well. Stir in nuts and raisins.
Pour batter into 2 greased and lightly floured loaf pans.
Bake 40-50 min. until done Remove from pans and cool on rack.
