     Five Hour Stew

Ingredients
2 lb. cubed chuck
1 green pepper (recipe says 1/2, but I use whole thing)
2 onions
4 carrots
1 cup celery
2 cups stewed tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
4 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. brown sugar
 
1 cup red wine
salt and pepper
2 beef boullion cubes

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in covered casserole and bake at 265 degrees for five hours.
I usually add a few potatoes to the mixture, but the recipe doesn't call for them.
Serving Suggestions
Good over noodles or boiled potatoes if you don't add potatoes to stew.
