Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup shortening
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix all ingredients together and pour into appropriately sized baking dish.
Sprinkle with 1 tsp cinnamon and 2 Tbs sugar.
Bake at 400º for 25 minutes.
