10 oz. fresh spinach, washed, cooked until wilted, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven 400. Mix stuffing and water. Remove mushroom stems; chop stems. Melt butter in skillet. Add stems and garlic; cook until tender. Add to stuffing with spinach and cheeses; mix well. Spoon into mushroom caps, place in shallow baking pan, coated with cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes or until golden and tender.
