Season steaks on both sides with salt/pepper. Brown steaks in skillet with butter 2 minutes, each side. Keep steaks warm. Add mushrooms to pan, cook for 3 minutes. Add wine, cook 1 minute. Add broth, bring to boil, cook 8-10 minutes. Make roux with butter and flour. Whisk in mustard and roux until thickened. Reduce to med. low. Return steaks to pan. Turn, coat steaks with sauce for another minute. Top with chives.
