     Granny's Pecan Pie

Ingredients
1 cup dark karo
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup pecans - broken
2 pie shells - unbaked
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, add pecans last. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
