for marsala: 1/2 - 1 lb mushrooms and 1/4 cup marsala wine
francese:: 1/4 cup white wine and 1 sliced lemon
Instructions
dip chicken in eggs, flour and fry. drain on paper towels
In large pan, melt 1/2 stick butter and 2 T veg. oil. brown 3 cloves of garlic add 1 cup chicken broth. in a cup mix together 1 tsp flour with a little of the broth and add to thicken. If too thin add more.
