Heat oil in large fry pan. Add onion and capsicum and cook until onion is golden. Add garlic and chilli and cook for further 30 seconds.
Add lamb and cook until browned. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, allspice, paprika and cumin. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes or until lamb is tender and liquid has evaporated.
Preheat grill. Slice Turkish bread in half legthwise. Grill bread cut side down. Remove and top with lamb mixture. Top with Pine Nuts.
Mix together chopped mint leaves and natural yogurt. Serve on top of lamb mixture. Serve with lemon wedges.
