1 can (16oz) stewed tomatoes (I put in the blender)
1 can (16oz) kidney beans
1/2 cup chopped onions (into meat)
1 small can tomato sauce
1 T taco seasoning
Instructions
Mix ingredients together-I use a crockpot and let it cook on low all day. Also can make it in a cast iron pot.
Garnish with:
Chopped Avacado
Sour cream
Gratted cheese
Olives
Green Onion
Chopped Tomato
Serve in soup bowls.
