Butter inside of 9x9 baking dish. Add 1 cup of brown sugar on the bottom of the baking dish. Place slices of bread on brown sugar buttered side up. Mix dry milk with water, white sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt and pour over bread.
Bake at 375 for 45 min.
