Line small cookie sheet with waxed paper. Place chocolate chips in small microwavable bowl; microwave on HIGH 15 seconds; stir. Repeat until chips are melted and smooth.
Combine chow mein noodles, peanuts, coconut and raisins in medium bowl. Pour melted chocolate over noodle mixture; stir until well coated. Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
