     Cranberry tart

Ingredients
make nut crust
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (2 Tbls)
6 c fresh cranberries
2 c sugar
1 c red currant jelly
whipped cream for garnish
 

Instructions
Make nut crust
Stir gelatin into 1/2 c cold water until dissolved. Wash cranberries. Combine with sugar and jelly in a saucepan. Gently boil mixture, uncovered, over moderate heat, for 15 minutes. Remove pan from heat, cool slightly, add in gelatin. When mixture is cool, pour into tart shell. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
